This experience ruined my Halloween. The handling of my online order was the worst I've encountered. The processing time was absurd. I ordered on 10/04, expecting a 7-10 day processing time, but on day 9, they hadn't even started. I paid for expedited shipping and after 18 days, still no updates. It felt like I was scammed. When the costume finally arrived, it had a broken zipper and was oversized. I doubt I'll get a refund or resolution. This has been a terrible experience. Avoid this seller unless you have plenty of time.
