I ordered a premium child's costume in early October and then a couple days before Halloween they said I could still get the costume just not in time for Halloween. Very disappointing to say the least. They did issue a refund in a timely fashion. My recommendation is to order very early if you have no other options, three weeks wasn't enough in my case.
