Ironically, the review below mine is almost identical to what happened to us. I ordered a Batman costume as well on September 20… I emailed many times since the beginning of October. First, I was told it was still with the tailor and it would ship the first week of October… then they responded to another email and said it would now ship the following week after that… then they emailed saying it finally “shipped” on October 16th, but it was only a label created with no changes all the way up till today where it still says label created and they finally just said “sorry, the courier lost it, we will issue a refund.” STAY AWAY from this company, if you expect there to be even the most remote amount of customer service because it is literally nonexistent. The only person that responded to anything would never answer any questions with detail and barely even spoke English. It was never about the money. It was about relying on my order as a costume that I needed… and then stringing me along for weeks so that I couldn’t find an alternative plan. If I wanted to just lend my money for a month to some shady company at the cost of also completely ruining my Halloween plan, I would have.
