My husband ordered a Batman costume on October 5 for Halloween this year. It is now the 25th and still has not shipped. He finally got in contact with the company on October 18th where they said they were checking with the tailor. On October 20th, they replied and said all orders would ship by the 23rd. It is not the 25th and still hasn’t shipped. He is very disappointed as we were dressing up as a family for our 4 year old. Do NOT trust this company! If it for some reason, arrives before Halloween, I will post a new review. EDIT: He received his costume before Halloween and the quality is amazing!! He was very happy with it! So, if you’re just patient, you will receive a great costume!
