Ordered this costume on September 24 and finally got confirmation that it shipped. Paid An extra $30 for 3 to 7 day Shipping and it’s been in the shipping process for 10 days now and says it won’t deliver for another two more days. Tried contacting company via message, email, and on their website and got no response so far without even receiving the package I’d say I’m not satisfied with customer service or timeliness. I would think twice about ordering a costume from One hero suits due to shipping and customer service. I’ll update this after I get the costume
