I made this order 1.5 months ago. I’ve emailed the company several times. I told them, a week after making the order, that I needed this for an event in Oct 15th. My order was standard sizes with no modifications. 1.5 weeks before my event I emailed again. The company said my order was only half way complete and would probably not be ready on the 15th… even though I had been in communication with them about this. I asked for them to cancel and refund my order if it wasn’t going to be ready for the only event I needed it for. No response. Instead they waited another day and shipped half my order (refunded for the other half). I emailed again and said that I had requested an entire refund and cancellation since I would not have my order for the event I needed it for. No response. Now it is the day of the event, and I have nothing…except a hole in my bank account. The part they did ship won’t even arrive until tomorrow.
