Received a faulty product and after dealing with customer service for more than a week O'Neills want me to pay for the return of the faulty product to their Online Returns Department. Never have I experience that as a customer you are asked to pay for the shipping cost of returning a faulty product! How can O'Neills sending a faulty product be my responsibility? And at my cost?
