What a disappointing experience! The company failed to provide documented Terms and Conditions for a key offer that was part of the sale. They shifted the blame to the developer and even suggested I argue with them instead of addressing the issue themselves. However, they sold me the property, not the developer! Be cautious when buying in the market, as there may be hidden details and a lack of transparency compared to other regions where legal support is involved.
