I have to give a huge thumbs up to Onemile bicycles! The logistics were incredibly fast; I received it shortly after ordering, and I couldn't wait to assemble and use it after unpacking.However, there was a small hiccup. When it arrived, I found one part was broken. I was initially worried it would affect its use, but after contacting customer service, they immediately resolved the issue and arranged for a replacement part to be sent. It didn't delay my rides at all, and now it's become my main commuting companion!
