I worked at this company for over three years and genuinely enjoyed my role — until around September 2025, when the true culture became hard to ignore. Leadership here is mostly superficial. Regional management acts more like a commentary team, making decisions about operations without understanding or involvement. Accountability is lacking, but certainty is plentiful — an impressive combination when competence is noticeably absent. If you're thinking of working here, know this early: do not challenge senior management. Not respectfully, not constructively, not at all. Those who do quickly find that 'support' fades, narratives shift, and pressure mounts until the message is clear. It’s not leadership — it’s corporate survival tactics. At that point, leaving without notice feels less like walking out and more like finishing a process they already initiated. Customer needs are often treated as background noise. The company is comfortable drifting along, taking guidance from a small group with narrowly focused and often outdated experience. Any suggestion outside that echo chamber is ignored, regardless of its practicality. The contracts management role has also declined significantly. What was once a constructive position has become far less professional. Listening is absent, conversations happen behind closed doors, and issues are escalated sideways instead of addressed directly. The focus seems less on resolving problems and more on self-preservation — perfectly aligned with regional management and deeply embedded within the same inner circle. Area management largely performs compliance theatrics: agreeing upwards and deflecting downwards. People management skills are painfully limited — talking over staff, raising voices, and confusing volume with authority. It’s less leadership and more noise. In summary, while effort from those doing the actual work is not lacking, integrity, competence, and honest leadership at the top are sorely missing. The company doesn’t lose good employees by chance; it pushes them out intentionally while acting as if nothing is wrong. If you value transparency, accountability, or being treated like a professional, this is not the right place for you.
