However, unexpectedly and without a clear explanation, I was later informed that the financing would not be approved. This situation is completely contradictory and unprofessional, especially considering that I had already been notified of an approval and had signed all the necessary documentation.
Given this, I have a reasonable question:
On what basis was I required to sign documents and grant access to my information if the credit was ultimately not going to be granted? This type of handling creates distrust and directly affects my financial planning and decision-making.
I request a formal written explanation regarding what occurred, as well as the basis for this change in decision after a prior approval had already been communicated.
If I do not receive a clear and satisfactory response, I will proceed with consulting legal counsel to evaluate the appropriate actions. Additionally, I cannot recommend your company under these circumstances, as the experience has lacked transparency and professionalism.
