Update the 8th of August. After my insanely negative review below, I finally heard from Onepiece.I guess they are legally apologized for not responding.I keep my review, though, because I Think it might be useful for people to know, that there might be a problem here with e-mails bouncing.I was actually getting really furious, as my review shows, and I felt cheated, manipulated and stupid. But I just received a very pleasant e-mail with instructions and a returnlabel.@ Onepiece: I Will highly recommend, that you start sending returnlabels with the items, when you ship. Other stores do that, and only withdraw the money for the returnlabels, if they are used.In that case you wouldn’t risk that your costumers would feel helpless for not being able to return an item. My old review: RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!!They do not respond, when you try to contact them. If you are so lucky to get your ordered item, it is impossible to reach them to ask for a refund, when the size or colour is wrong. This firm sucks. I hope they will burn in hell.Update.No. That isn’t the case. And I have been writing to you over and over again on excactly that email-address. I have tried to reach you on support@ onepiece.com several times. No answer what so ever. Also tried this emailaddress: vip@ onepiece.comBut do not get any answers, not even a confirmation-email, that you have received my message.Stop trying to blame some false webpage for your own failure.
