I used to be a big fan, but after purchasing their latest flagship, my experience changed. The device is impressive, but the trade-in process feels like a scam. They promise a certain value for your old device, but once received, they claim arbitrary reasons to reduce the offer to a mere fraction of what was promised. I sent a perfectly functional device only to be told it had issues. They lure you in with a guaranteed trade-in value, but if you dispute their findings, you risk losing that guarantee. This misleading practice is extremely frustrating and feels anti-consumer. Unless they rectify this, my trust in this company is severely shaken.
