Deeply disappointed by support and warranty

I'm very disappointed with this brand. My device developed a known issue without any physical damage. When I sought help, I was informed that only purchases from the official store would be eligible for a free replacement. This policy is unfair, especially for a defect that occurs without misuse. It's disappointing that a brand that once valued customer care is now unwilling to support its products unless bought directly from them. This experience makes me reconsider recommending them.
