Endless Waiting, No Help with Return Process

I ordered the OnePlus 13 and decided to return it (never even opened the box). Since Monday, I’ve been trying to process the return, but every time I contact support, they just tell me their system is down and to “wait 24–48 hours.” I’ve reached out every single day, and I keep getting the exact same response with no real solution.I don’t understand why something as simple as returning an unopened phone has to be this difficult. Very disappointing experience, and it makes me hesitant to ever purchase from OnePlus again.
