As per my review below albeit told to contact OnePlus, they're still not assisting, only resending a template apology stating they're investigating but still are doing nothing! I still have the faulty phone and was forced to buy another phone to use.This company should be shut down...the customer service us diabolical. They do not know how to treat customers, their only care is to make a profit selling sub standard devices.My device is 11 months old now and this is the second time this has happened with the phone not ringing at all and buttons stay greyed out. The 1st time was after a software update and just like the 1st time, they took over a month of me emailing/contacting them to finally take the phone back for fixing and within a week of getting back, the fault re occurs.AVOID at all costs,
