I returned a gift with purchase Oneplus Watch and a Magnetic charger back to Oneplus and have NOT recieved a refund. The total that I am owed is $299.26. Every time I ask Oneplus for a update about the refund, they reply with the same generic email delaying the process. The label they provided has the RMA code where they could easily find my order. Fedex website has confirmed that the package was delivered back to Oneplus on Feb.17 and signed by an employee named B.Dubec. Fedex tracking shows no irregularities during transit so I am certain that the items were delivered untouched to Oneplus successfully. I have been a customer/fan of this company since 2017 but this has severely damaged my view on this company and I would not recommend.
