Terrible Product & Customer Care…

Terrible Product & Customer Care service. Purchased OnePlus 9 a few years ago and needed to be repaired twice because of a green line on the screen. The second time I sent the phone to be repaired with the same problem -> they requested additional charges for also replacing the case. I choose to not proceed with the repair because of this and requested to send back the damaged phone.A month later I received the phone back repaired (without my consent), including also a new case. Followed by a sequence of arrogant e-mails requesting that I pay their invoice.In good faith, I went ahead and paid the invoice, simply because they did repair the phone after all, even without my consent! I sent them a record of this with receipt from my bankA few weeks later, I’m being spammed again suggesting they now need to send me another invoice for this service. Never again!!
