I ordered a phone which was supposed to arrive by 11/07 - I paid for next day delivery which they provide via DHL except their delivery isn't next day at all; due to issues with DHL I've had to place another order and I paid again for next day delivery - the order was placed on Wednesday 16/07 so I would have expected delivery on Friday but no, it's due to deliver on Monday. This was a present that was needed today (Friday) so to not even get a Saturday delivery is incredibly disappointing; especially as I had been in contact with customer service I had hoped they would have pushed my order through knowing the situation. If you cannot provide a next day delivery service to Northern Ireland then make that clear so that customers don't waste their money. EDIT 21/07: I received my phone on Saturday so it ended up only being a day late and OnePlus have refunded my delivery charge. Score amended to 4/5 and I will also say their customer service has been generally helpful and quick to respond. Still don't pay for next day delivery if you're in Northern Ireland.
