I bought the OnePlus Nord 4 expecting a solid, high-performing device as advertised. What I got was a phone that records in 4K—but can’t even play back 4K video. That’s not just disappointing—it’s misleading.Despite OnePlus claiming that “no other customers have raised this issue,” a simple search on community forums and user reviews proves otherwise. I am far from the only one frustrated by the gap between their marketing and what the device actually delivers.After reaching out to support, I was given the runaround and eventually told I was past the 15-day return window—despite delayed responses on their end. As a “gesture,” they offered me a €20 voucher for accessories. Frankly, that’s an insult.This experience reflects a company more interested in pushing sales than in standing by its products or taking customer concerns seriously. If you’re thinking about buying a OnePlus device based on their “flagship-level” promises—do your research first.The Nord 4 is not what it claims to be, and OnePlus support is even worse.
