Ordered OnePlus Nord 5 on 8 July. It arrived on 10 July and phone is great thus far.However, the OnePlus website said that a protective case would be included. Phone arrived without a case. I queried this with OnePlus (Case ID: 250711-000161) and they said "that there is an error on the OnePlus product page, there is actually no protective case in the box for OnePlus Nord 5 in Europe." No offer of a free or discounted case.Beware when dealing with OnePlus that they may change what is included and that their website can be misleading.
