You Won’t Get Your Money Back

I rejected the delivery and FedEx returned the package. 3 months later and no refund. Put a case in and of course now they have no record of receiving the device back. I have waited patiently but continue to get the run around from customer service; oneplus is terrible and take heed, terrible.I have dealt with customer service from the day I rejected delivery, what customer service told me to do, and after multiple calls it is apparent the phone was either lost or stolen at their New Jersey facility. Customer service has continued to tell me they are still waiting to hear back and that has been 2 months of hearing back!! UPDATE UPDATEI received a partial refund this past Saturday. I received an email stating they did in fact have the device and I could either request a different device or refund; I chose the refund. I received the cost of the device but not for their warranty!!!! So I have a warranty on a device I never accepted….
