Recently bought a Nord 3C Lite mobile and it stopped charging within a month of purchase. The after sales services are very very poor to say the least. The service center in Manglam Place, Delhi has no valid contact number and have provided false numbers both on service record slip and on the net. Customer care center is completely useless and least helpful, they will only tell you to wait and be patient. Still waiting to receive back the repaired phone after 15 days. Have already paid three visits at the centre. very shameful ppl
