Købte (desværre) en telefon direkte fra Oneplus tilbage i 2018.Nu har jeg så, 6 år efter, ud af det blå, modtaget reklamemails fra dem. Jeg ved at jeg aldrig har tilmeldt mig dem, og jeg har ikke (Som det bør være!) hørt fra dem ellers, i 6 år. I år har jeg så modtaget 2 reklamemails.Jeg vil opfordre alle andre med samme oplevelse til at få det anmelde til spamklage.dk, så Oneplus kan få at mærke at det ikke kan betale sig at overtræde reglerne.Hvis det ikke i forvejen var min sidste Oneplus, så blev det i hvert fald.Reply to the answer from Oneplus:"Thank you" for a generic, non-substantive reply.You are not supposed to send emails in the first place, and it is not my job, nor the job of all the other customers to whom you send spam, who did not accept it in the first place, to actively unsubscribe from something that we did not subscribe to.And from what it seems, it will just be a never-ending game of your "customers" unsubscribing, and OnePlus just adding them again when your sales numbers are too low.You don't follow the rules. That's a bad way of running your business – it does NOT align at all with being a "customer-oriented company."
