OnePlus has only a pretense of customer service with no phone number and a non-functioning repair webpage. After much frustration, I finally got signed into the repair age, but unless I know my IMEI number, model number, ect...the page is disabled. How would I know this info since it's in my phone which is not working? If somebody would answer a phone, then they could look up my phone info, but I guess they expect me to just mail them my phone without confirming whether a repair is covered, or what it might cost. Make no mistake about it, if they can't afford to hire someone (even a low-wage foreigner) to answer a phone call, then there is no real customer service, but only the pretense thereof.
