Let's start off with what most of us know. The products are pretty good, until something goes wrong that is.Have had several phones from OnePlus without any issues, but when I bought the Watch 3 hell broke loose. It got water damaged after two months of use, without actually having it in water.They had a horrible service in Sweden that overcharged by 4x the price of the watch. I refused to pay.Then after two weeks discussions with OnePlus support, promising a 30% discount on a new watch, I have not received any help. They keep changing the things I have to do to get the 30% discount and today I've decided that I will never buy another product from them again.This is only due to the lack of support that they've shown. As a person that would recommend them before, I would suggest anyone reading this: go with something else. Or at least be ready to not have warranty on whatever you buy.Horrible, horrible support. Huge disappointment.
