I pre-ordered the OnePlus 13 and used their official trade-in partner, Mondo Affari, to trade in my Pixel 6 Pro. The phone was in good condition, yet it was unfairly deemed "defective." After multiple emails, I paid €27 for the return—which cleared two weeks ago—but I still have no tracking or confirmation of shipment.OnePlus has completely distanced itself from the issue, taking zero responsibility for the process. Their support simply told me to deal with their partner directly and, as a "gesture of goodwill," offered me a £10 coupon—which is frankly insulting given the situation. So now, I am out of pocket, my phone is damaged, and I have no clear timeline on when (or if) I’ll get it back. If OnePlus is endorsing this trade-in service, they should ensure customers aren’t left in situations like this. Avoid their trade-in program at all costs.
