I am extremely disappointed with OnePlus's customer service. After emailing them over 10 times about the grading of my device, I’ve only received generic, robotic responses that fail to address my specific concerns. My phone was classified as grade C, but the minor marks on the frame do not justify this, according to OnePlus's own grading standards. Despite providing clear explanations, my case has not been thoroughly reviewed, and I have not received any meaningful or personalized responses.This lack of attention has caused unnecessary stress, and I feel my issue has been completely disregarded. I requested my phone to be returned immediately in the condition it was sent, and I am not willing to cover the postage costs, as there has been no justification for the grading.This experience has been extremely frustrating, and it has left me feeling like I’ve been misled. I will no longer be making any future purchases from OnePlus.I expect my phone to be returned promptly, and I urge OnePlus to take customer complaints more seriously.
