I went to trade in my OP8T via their website and was offered £70. This then changed to €70.....I sent the phone in and surprise, surprise they changed the offer to €31. This was a complete waste of time and they've acted in bad faith. The reason for the lower valuation is that the phone shows signs of use...I asked for a cost to return the device as this has to be borne by myself as part of the T&Cs. No price was offered or details about how the device will be returned.I am extremely interested to know if the cost will be more than the value of the phone... This is extremely bad from a major Android phone retailer. It is bad enough you spend £800 on a phone that comes with no charger or case and then you get shafted on the trade-in on your older one. There are other trade-in companies that act much better than this and my advice is to avoid using the trade in program with OnePlus (who outsource the whole thing to a separate company).**Update**I asked for my phone to be returned due to the unacceptable price offered. I paid the £23 for them to ship it back to the UK on January 28th. It is now the February 12th and I still have not received my device, let alone had confirmation that it has shipped. This is borderline fraud at this point and I will now have to escalate legally with OnePlus. Note to OP, no I am not contacting your generic email just for you to fob me off.
