I bought two phones and returned them before they had even been used. I had a very difficult time getting any kind of shipping label to send them back (I was on hold for a long time and hung up on multiple times). It took a long time to receive the shipping label (I only received one so I had to call them back). When I finally received the other shipping label, I shipped them both back to OnePlus at the same time from the same USPS. Several weeks later, I still had not received my money back. I called their customer service and the man I spoke to blamed me for putting the wrong shipping label on the wrong box and blamed me for not keeping the tracking number. He stated they had only received one phone. He escalated this case and they only ended up refunding me for one of the phones, so half the money they owed me. I had to dispute the other phone with my credit card company. My advice is don't buy directly from OnePlus. If you are going to buy their products, go through a third party because their customer service does not want to help at all.
