Worst warranty experience I have ever had; the inner screen failed on my OnePlus Open day 19 of ownership. This is an $1800 phone. After ~6 calls and messages, they "repaired" the inner screen after ~5 weeks. The phone arrived and worked for a few hours, but the issue recurred. I am now ~6 weeks into waiting for them to approve a second repair. After numerous escalations, all they say is they "are working on it." The phone has been broken for 11 weeks. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the California Department of Justice.
