The whole of OnePlus after sales seems to be a web of deceit. After waiting 2 and a half months I've received a replacement OnePlus Open. (This is important because my old device has not been repaired it's been replaced). And what it it's been replaced with is another faulty OnePus Open with different faults straight out the box. I've contacted support again and despite me pleaslding with them for some tiny bit of goodwill, I have to send this new faulty device off for repair. Now this part of the review goes directly to OnePlus as a company. You can see how widely dislikes your company is by your customers just by looking at the 1 star reviews. If you could give 0 star reviews that's what you'd have. OnePlus is on a way journey to completely failing in the UK. God knows anyone I know will never touch a OnePlus phone after I've explained the BS I've been subjected too. I'm sure I'll have a canned reply to this review saying that OneOlus will do all they can to help but I tell anybody right now. It's all lies. Nobody cares there and it makes me wonder why they even have a support team.
