Recently purchased the Oneplus Watch 2.The charger stopped working.I contacted customer services who requested that I send a video which I duly did.They then requested the return of the Watch which I advised was unnecessary as it was fine, it was the charger that was broke.Insisted that they could not just provide a charger which I disputed and following a phone call and an email confirming that they will send me another, they have failed to do.Since sent them a number of emails which they do not even respond to. I now have a watch which I cannot charge / use.Customer service is appalling - telephone support just advise to wait. How long should it take to replace a charger?
