I bought a OnePlus 12 which arrived on Tuesday. Whilst setting up the phone I noticed a defect in the screen or a scratch beneath the screen protector. I have raised an RMA to return the phone for a replacement whilst logging a complaint. It is now Saturday and they have still not sent me a return label and keep asking me stupid questions to waste time. Service desk is now closed until Monday. I have stated I need this phone for my holiday on Thursday and they have wasted 3 days with poor service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, AVOID!*Reply to Oneplus reply*What an awful, pointless reply. You are clearly not a customer-oriented company, the reviews and scores on this website prove that you are the opposite. Delete this reply, This is a lazy copy and paste that means nothing and has helped or resolved nothing. All this response has done is made me more angry. I haven't made any suggestions and you clearly aren't working hard or addressing reviews and concerns.I HAVE contacted customer service and I DO require further assistance and I am not getting it.
