I've recently bought a OnePlus phone from their official website. I was recommended by a friend. In their commercial information page, they state that they provide a UK Charger for customers.I have not received the charger. When I contacted OP Support I was informed that they don't have in stock the said charger. I visit the charger page and they have 3 different chargers in stock and available to purchase.I confronted the Support team with such reality and photographic evidence and they reiterate that they don't have stock of such chargers.The issue could have been resolved if they had given me a voucher for the value of the charger so that I could have purchased it myself and made a new order.
