For the past 10 days, I've been trying to purchase a OnePlus 12R using a coupon provided by the OnePlus service center as a replacement for my 9R mobile. However, I keep encountering errors when trying to use the coupon. Despite reaching out to the support team for help, they have not provided a proper solution to the issue. Every day, I call them, and every day, they give me the same response: to wait 24 to 48 hours for the issue to be resolved. Unfortunately, nothing has changed from their end.
