The worst mistake I made was moving from a top brand to OnePlus. Bought the very expensive OnePlus Open, a great looking phone and was excited to start using it. Did the setup and before I could even make 1 phone call the inner main screen had an issue. Returned the phone, which was a simple enough process and then complete radio silence.....no confirmation that the phone had been received back, so had to call in. then no updates on phone progess unless I send an email requesting an update. The phone has now been with them for over a month and i am still gettting the same responce.....waiting on spares! THE PHONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACED IMMEDIATELY!!!. Tried to speak to a manager, supervisor or something....NO ONE IS AVASILABLE! Only the poor customer service guy who cant do anything other than send you an email, so you can complain and then forward that on....what the heck is going on......is this some sort of micky mouse company? I would warn anyone looking to get a produce from them to be very careful. I regret the move!
