Despite the service being stated to take 7 days, the phone was returned after a month. The phone sometimes restarts but mostly works. They claimed that it is due to water damage. As an electronics engineer, I can not understand how water-damaged phones operate. The restarts occur rarely but at critical times. This is definitely a software error. Moreover, they claimed they cannot replace the motherboard because it would be considered a type of phone import. They work for a third-party repair center that frequently rejects fixes, as indicated by reviews of the service center. This is my third OnePlus phone, and the latest one is terrible. I will never buy OnePlus again.Response to OP:I found that Google applications are crashing in the background. Disabling them helps. Any explanation to relate Google Apps- Water Damage? My device is not water damaged. It is not hardware error, it is software error. Any proof other than a cheap sticker outside of phone that turns to red, false positives reported a lot? You are using this as a shield against your customers. I also suggest you to read reviews about your repair center.
