Worst service by OnePlus service team I have been purchased tv before 2 years but now in the display there is a green line on the display I heard that for every customer getting same issue due to display reason I call to customer support they are telling that it is not a manufacturing defect if in case it is in the warranty only we replace the display for free of cost after 2 years we will not give free service you have to pay 14000 rs for the display i agree in case of damage is done by me but it is not done manually it's a internal issue which is facing every customer so my suggestion is don't purchase OnePlus tv or any other OnePlus products in mobile phones also same issue every one getting so please don't purchase this company products it's my suggestion the worst product in the market
