OnePlus 11 phone arrived on October 12th. On Oct 30th, a green line appeared, the display started to flicker and disappear, making the phone unusable. I've called customer support 4 times trying to reach a supervisor because I am beyond the 15 days and was told by Andrew, Andy, Lydia and Sarah nothing could be done. I was promised by each that a supervisor would call me but that never happened. Worst customer service experience. I basically have a very expensive paper weight.
