I am currently in a handicapped state with my legs having 80% disability since last 5 months. My earlier phone got damaged and so I bought one plus phone. I saw a small scratch the same day. I called up their store they said I need to go to their service centre. But due to my state I was not in a position to go. I emailed it to their CEO @ vikas at oneplus dot com. after repeated emails I got a email from one Ms Farheen. She wanted me to go click pictures but I had only one phone at my place. She wanted me to go out and request someone to click pictures. The recording quality of the phone is also very bad. If you record someone's call, the voice is very low. My friends who bought the phone before be started facing slow charging issue than what was promised. There were many calls that were blocked automatically. OnePlus calls were also getting blocked. After 45 days of rigorous follow up Ms Farheen turned up again with a rhetoric to share the images. I regret investing Rs 20000 of my money. Please take all the written assurances before buying a phone of one plus.
