Death of OnePlus brand.

I've been a OnePlus customer since 2016, and right now, I truly regret it. I've bought OnePlus phones three times, including the OnePlus 7 Pro. My current phone has a Pink line screen damage. The service center told me to come the next day for a free replacement because they had stock.When I got there, they said there was no stock and sent me to another store. I got really irritated. I spent 3 hours traveling already. I went to the next store, which was 1 hour away. After they looked at my phone for 4 hours, they suddenly said I wasn't eligible for a free replacement because my phone had been serviced before. But the only time I got it serviced was at an authorized OnePlus center for a FrontCam replacement. They've wasted my whole day and gone back on their word.
