My blue tooth connection on my Oneplus Nord work just fine for quite some time. Then, after a big update last year, it became terrible. Been in touch several times with the company, been promised a resolution, first an update. And now a month ago (after I have connected a government consumer rights organization), Oneplus got in touch with me again and promised to resolve this matter. At first it seemed positive, I was promised they would get back to me in a few days to solve the issue, but they did not bother to follow up. This company is unreliable and not serious.
