I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent phone service experience. I've had several issues with my device in the last few weeks, ranging from frequent signal drops to unresponsive touch screen blue/green multiple line issues. As a One plus customer for over 2 years now, I have come to expect a certain level of quality and dependability from your products and services. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me disappointed. I was given a voucher, but I am extremely dissatisfied with your service and product. Never expected one plus products to be defective. Anyway, I'm also writing to inform you that the ground reality that I observed yesterday, and I mean mann, you guys have lost the majority of your customers and will lose many more in the coming days. Everyone I met at the store was disappointed and heartbroken, knowing that someone, such as One Plus, had cheated them by not replacing their phones for no fault of their own.This would be my final one plus phone purchase. This was not expected from you, One Plus. We loved you, which is why we stuck by you even when phones like the iPhone tempted us. Unfortunately, your product was not up to par, and neither was your solution of providing us with a cheap voucher instead of replacing our phones for the same amount we paid for them.Thank you, but no thanks...
