Bought a 10T in June. The charger broke in July. The after sales support is non existent. It's almost impossible to get any clear communication, or even a response. The one time I did manage to get a response, they told me I had to take three complicated, and impossible videos, to prove the charger isn't working. My advice, stay away and buy from a more reputable company***Since I can't reply to your response, I'll write it here. The charger that came with my phone has a USB C connection on both ends. Since most other phone chargers are USB A to USB C it is not possible for me to make a video with a different charger, and provide all of the proof you're demanding. I've tried explaining this multiple times, but was ignored and my case was closed.
