I recently experienced a frustrating service with OnePlus repair. My phone, under warranty, was recieved by SBE Ltd (sbe-ltd.co.uk) on December 28th, 2023, for a faulty front camera. Despite 17+ working days, the extended "awaiting components" delay reflects poorly on OnePlus' responsibility for an efficient repair process. I caution potential customers to consider these issues before choosing OnePlus for their devices.Disappointed OnePlus UserUpdate 22nd Jan: I have contacted the support team multiple times, but they have not been able to provide an ETA.
