Sent back smart watch for repair as is still in warranty. They don't repair these and cannot replace as they've now discontinued the watch. Offered a ser of buds (I already have) or a partial voucher to spend at their shop. After explaining the consumer goods act, I've now been met with a wall of silence. I've sent numerous emails for a response, and nothing. Repair company still have my watch and I'm without a replacement so effectively out of £149 for nothing to show. As a customer for at least 8years, I'm disappointed with the abysmal customer service and my experience for the first time I've ever reached out with an issue.
