I bought a OnePlus 10T in October 2023 and have been trying to get this company to fix the location on my phone. It always shows my location off by about 10 miles. I've sent it in for repair and they just flash it and send it back. It still doesn't work. I've talked to customer support over 40 times and they say the phone is fine. I've even downloaded a different camera to test the location and it works but the one plus camera location is way off. Finally I sent a certified letter to the company asking for a new phone. I think their business model is to ignore the customer instead of standing by their product. Furthermore they removed the screen protector and sticker on the phone. They never sent a replacement screen. I only hear from them if I call repeatedly. And I get a different answer from each support person.
