I faced the problem of Green line in my One Plus 9 5G and submitted my phone back to Bangalore service center and they gave me a voucher to purchase another phone of one plus.The staff at the counter recommended one plus Nord5 and blocked my voucher for the same saying I will get the voucher code within 24 hours to my email. And with the code I am able to purchase another device. But the fact is, my requirement is 256GB . He didn't tell me that 256 GB is out of stock and this voucher is only eligible for 128 GB. Now 19th day, I have been following it up everyday, asking them to release my voucher so that I can purase any other 256 GB device. But it looks like they want to push Nord 128GB to complete their target sale. They just giving me reply saying 256GB out of stock. I do not have a phone right now. All my activities stopped as I'm using a old phone which is for only communication. So much of inconvenience. Why can't they release my voucher and let me buy what I want. Why this kind of pressure on customer to buy their product by blocking customer money. NO STOCK. FINE.. let me buy what is available in stock. More than 19 days they are holding my money. Calling customer care - THEY SAY WE CALL YOU BACK IN 48 HOURS. Why they don't disclose the full information? If the staff had informed me, the product is out if stock for infinite time, will I ever ask the staff at one plus to book that device for me? When the fault is at your end why do you make customer suffer? Please release my voucher or refund so that I can purcase a phone for myselfThx
