The One Plus 10T model, which I bought in July 2023, has been having constant problems since the day I bought it. I couldn't stand it anymore and contacted the company and I definitely wanted to return it or replace it with a different model. The company said we only have the right to do so for 30 days. Unfortunately, they do not stand behind their products after the first 30 days. I sent it to a place that belongs to them, but the phone came back as it was; still the same problems continue. Never buy anything from this brand, your money is wasted and you are dealing with an institution that will never be able to help you.Even though we told them that I wanted to buy a different phone by giving them this model and paying the difference of the other model, they never accept it and do nothing to help.Yasin Dursun
